Meet the Creator and Chef
Chef Steven Swallow
has an extensive culinary background. He attended Utah Valley University’s Culinary Arts program where he studied under (5) phenomenal certified executive chefs and pastry chefs from around the world. Chef Swallow has worked for several restaurants and catering companies in and outside of Utah. He spent a year in Hawaii studying hospitality while he worked for a prominent catering company there. After returning from Hawaii Chef Swallow headed the creation of a hip new café near Center Street in Provo, Utah. Along with starting this café he worked as one of the head chefs for one of the largest catering companies in Utah.

After working for and seeing several Utah caterers’ food that was sub par and overpriced, Chef Swallow decided to create a catering company that had realistic prices, exceptional food, and impressive displays. Chef Swallow takes pride in everything he does from using fresh herbs to creating extraordinary fruit displays. Sure it may take more time, money, and effort, but the end result of satisfied customers and continued business makes it worthwhile.

Our New November Tasting!

It's Christmas in November! I can't tell you how excited Utah Celebrations is to announce their November Tasting! It's going to be like nothing we have done before!

This was an amazing evening to be apart of. We met so many amazing people and those who were awarded that night were outstanding! It took so much work and planning from everyone to bring it all together. We couldn't have done it without so many great people. The food was amazing and the event was unforgettable.

July Tasting at Noah's in South Jordan

Our July tasting was held in the beautiful venue of Noah's in South Jordan. It was a pleasure being there and letting our clients have a new location to view as well. We will start having our tastings in different locations to help give you some different options and a style you or your company would  like to go with for their venue. Anaia Wedding Reception (May 7,2011)

 Anaia's Wedding Reception was amazing . Every detail did not go unnoticed. It was an elegant and beautiful reception. Filled with a ton of fun with a live band and plenty to eat. They had Atlantic Salmon with a Mango Butter Sauce, Ratatouille, Pomegranate Pecan Salad, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Butternut Squash Bisque Shooters, White Bean and Basil Bruschetta, Garlic Butter White Wine Jumbo Shrimp, Southwestern Avacado Egg Rolls, Rosemary n' Garlic Oven Roasted New Potatoes Bananas Foster Bar, and Italian Sodas. It was an honor to be there. We wish the bride and groom the best!

January Tasting

This tasting was one of our biggest tastings yet, with plenty to "taste"! We had our Chicken Marsala Tenderloins, Stuffed Mushrooms, Cheese Display, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Flaming Crepe Bar, Frozen Drink Bar, Italian Sodas and Teriyaki Salmon Sushi Roll. We had some wonderful vendors there too. To make is a great night!

This elegant Chinese wedding was held at Noah's in South Jordan. They started out with several hors d' oeuvres which included shrimp cocktail, crab cakes served with lemon aioli, cold noodle asian salad, and our signature fruit display with an asian twist. For dinner they served prime rib with accompanying sides and for dessert they had our signature cream cheese brownies, fruit tarts,  eclairs and frozen drink bar featuring our Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina Coloda. It was a night full of dancing, delicious food and fun.
